DEI Assessment

The Organization-Wide DEI Assessment delivers a thorough evaluation of an organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, comparing them against benchmarks. By conducting direct interviews with employees, board members, and key stakeholders and reviewing organizational policies, the assessment pinpoints areas needing enhancement and provides a comprehensive report featuring actionable recommendations. A customized DEI workshop is then held to debrief key leaders on the findings, aiding in the pursuit of targeted improvements and encouraging sustainable change.

  • Conduct direct interviews with staff, board members, and key stakeholders to gather valuable insights.

  • Review organizational policies, documents, and applications used by staff to ensure inclusivity and identify areas for improvement.

  • Receive a comprehensive report with tailored recommendations for actionable change.

  • Facilitate a DEI workshop to debrief recommendations and align key leaders on the next steps.

Target Audience: Ideal for organizations seeking to benchmark their DEI efforts, develop a DEI plan, or identify key opportunities for improvement.
