Inclusion Maine provides employee training for Maine organizations on improving workplace and community inclusion. Our training is developed by certified diversity practitioners and delivered by local DEI training leaders. Muhammad Humza Khan

Founder & CEO

Muhammad Humza Khan is the Founder and CEO of Inclusion Maine, which organizes the Inclusion Maine Conference, a state-wide multi day event on attracting racially diverse professionals to Maine’s workforce and meet business demands around talent shortages. Inclusion Maine also provides select services on recruiting, consulting, and organizational assessments with the mission of improving workforce diversity and inclusion.

Humza’s background is in DEI, HR, and workforce development. He has professionals experience working in education, healthcare, nonprofit, and municipal government, including in Maine’s rural communities.
